Larry E. Nease started his career in the early 1980s. At that time, his career focused on
the asset and property management of large commercial properties, including office buildings, hotels, and shopping centers. In late 1999, he decided to form his own company (Terra Conejo Properties, Inc.) and focus on small—to medium-sized properties. That decision eventually led to the creation of Cynisca Property Management.
